The Center for Alternative Finance and Procurement (CAP) issued a solicitation for consultants and professional services utilizing stringent, minimum qualifications and performing a rigorous evaluation on all of the proposals received. CAP has a bench of vetted technical and financial consultants with exhaustive P3 experience. These advisors are ready to assist not only CAP, but its clients, in implementing their infrastructure needs. All advisors have been retained with indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts under which task orders will be issued to procure the necessary services for any given project.
